Processing Time

Items that are in stock are typically shipped within 24 hours of orders being placed. Back-ordered items will vary in time of next availability.

Special Orders and Custom Orders will require extra processing times due to products being made to order.

Some orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturers/suppliers and will also require additional processing time. Many European Brands we carry are produced and shipped directly from Europe. 

More information will be provided when orders are placed. We will inform you with our best estimated arrival time for these orders as soon as possible.

On Special Order and Custom Products, a more precise shipping quote will be given via email, when order is placed.

Loss/Damaged Package

Loss and damaged packages will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis. Please email for any loss/damage claims.


Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days after your product has been received. 
Returned items must be in original packaging and condition.

Items that are damaged due to improper use or user error will not be accepted!
